Fc Benfica and my review
Benfica is a great club isn’t it? Today I want to talk about this club and what I think about it. This club has for sure its tradition and is very stable nowadays. I will talk about Benfica soccer team, than I will say something about their matches, I will present you this club and much more, so if you are interested and want to find out more about it, take a look below.
Where are they?
Benfica is a club located in Lisbon, this is in Portugal. The club was founded on 28 February 1904, at that time his name was Sport Lisboa. It is one of the biggest clubs on Portugal.
The big stadium is called »Estadio da Luz« and it can accept up to 65,647 people to watch games. I really admire this stadium and like to see when Benfica is playing home matches. What I love is the atmosphere on it. Their faithful fans called Benfiquistas make such a good atmosphere, which is lovely to watch.
The derby match!
Their biggest derby is with the team which is also in Lisbon, this is Sporting Lisbon. This is the most important match for Benfica and their fans and I would really like to once buy Benfica tickets and go to watch this match which is also called »Derby de Lisboa«.
The second big rival is also one of the biggest clubs in Portugal Porto and this match is between 2 biggest cities in Portugal and it is called »O Classico«.
Some of their products!
Below you can find some of Benfica’s product which their fans are wearing on probably every match. There are Benfica jersey, shirts, and more.
What I think about the club?
I think that Benfica is a big club, I must say this again! In my opinion it has a big impact on Europe’s soccer. This is because they are raising and making some spectacular players and then they are transferring them to different clubs. When they transfer their players, the transfer fee is in most cases very high and the players go to the top European club. I really admire their way of work. Furthermore they are also achieving some great results in highest competitions even without the players which were transferred. This is a club which can be inspiring for others. Great work!
